Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Sub Agent to support civil engineering projects across renewable energy contracts. The role focuses on setting out earthworks, duct installations, troughs and RC bases, working closely with the project management team on site.

The ideal candidate will have CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS, a full UK driving licence and excellent communication skills to ensure health and safety compliance and adherence to agreed methodologies.

I am working alongside a leading civil engineering contractor who are currently looking to hire an experienced Sub Agent due to a number of new contracts being awarded. My client operates across the civils sector on renewable energy projects.

Sub Agent responsibilities:

• Chekcing setting out works. Works include earthworks, duct installations, troughs, and RC bases.
• Working alongside the project management team.
• Site supervision.
• Ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Ensuring works are being carried out in accordance to agreed methodology and method.
• Ensuring the correct documentation is held on site.
• Ensuring works are completed on time and to specification.

Sub Agent requirements:

• Experience with setting out earthworks, duct installations, troughs, and RC bases.
• Right to work in the UK.
• CSCS card
• SSSTS/SMSTS ticket holder
• Full UK driving licence.
