Job summary

Gibson Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a Sub-Agent – Civils Infrastructure on a permanent basis in Glasgow. The role involves managing daily site operations, ensuring timescales are met safely, and reporting progress to the Project Manager. You'll support engineers, build strong relationships, and mentor site staff. A CSCS card, SMSTS and a Civil Engineering degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar capacity for a Civil Engineering contractor.
• CSCS card and SMSTS are required or preferred.
• Understanding of NEC form of Contract.
• Good knowledge of Health and Safety in construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations on site and ensure project timescales are met in a safe, accurate fashion.
• Report weekly to the Project Manager on progress and concerns.
• Contribute to delivering the programme on time across all projects.
• Support engineers on site and mentor site staff.
• Carry out other site management duties as required.

Duties Will Include

• Manage the daily operations on site and ensure project timescales are met within a safe and accurate fashion.
• Reporting weekly to the Project Manager on key aspects of progress issues and concerns.
• Contribute and help to ensure that success throughout all projects is achieved by delivering the programme on time.
• Support engineers on site.
• Any other site management duties as required.

What You'll Need To Succeed
