• Delivering expert cutting, colouring, styling and hair treatments
• Conducting personalised consultations to create bespoke looks for every client
• Building long-lasting client relationships and growing your personal column
• Recommending professional products and treatments to support your clients' hair goals
• Maintaining the highest standards of customer care and professionalism
• Working collaboratively with the salon team to create a positive atmosphere
• Mentoring and supporting apprentices where appropriate
