Job summary

Whistles in Chester is seeking a Style Advisor & Wardrobe Consultant to deliver exceptional customer moments on the shop floor. You will stay up to date with fashion trends, help customers assemble outfits for various occasions and act as a brand ambassador for Whistles.

You will greet customers with confidence, build strong product knowledge, and support smooth day-to-day store operations while working on a rota basis as part of a dynamic retail team.

Qualifications

Experience delivering excellent customer service on the shop floor.
Ability to build outfits and advise customers.
Strong communication in a customer-facing role.

You'll bring personality, pride and a passion for fashion, acting as a brand ambassador on the shop floor. You'll stay up to date with the latest styles, help customers build outfits for every occasion and play a key role in enhancing the overall store performance.

What you'll do:
