South Gloucestershire & Stroud College is seeking a Study Skills Facilitator at Stroud Campus to support learners across Foundation, GCSE and Vocational programmes. You will deliver targeted study skills support, helping students become more independent, organized and effective learners.

Working with Curriculum, Learning Support and LibraryPlus, you'll deliver individual and group interventions, maintaining records and contributing to learner success.

Competenze

• Demonstrated commitment to helping learners succeed in a college setting.
• Experience supporting students across Foundation, GCSE and Vocational programmes is desirable.
• Excellent communication, organisation and digital facilitation skills.

• Deliver study skills support to individuals, groups and classes.
• Help learners develop independent study and learning strategies.
• Promote confidence, resilience and good academic practice.
• Provide targeted interventions to improve learner engagement and achievement.
