Williams Lea is recruiting a Studio Traffic and Resource Manager to oversee the planning, allocation and flow of creative work across a busy in-house studio environment. You will manage resource capacity, prioritisation, workflow, and delivery timelines based on individual strengths and skills.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years' experience in a Creative Studio environment within a creative, marketing, or advertising agency in a similar role.
• Advanced knowledge of resource management, capacity planning, scheduling, and production workflows.
• Experience managing both permanent and freelance creative resources.
• Proficiency in workflow and project management tools; experience with Monday.com is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the day-to-day planning, allocation, and optimisation of creative resources across multiple clients, projects, and channels, ensuring work is assigned according to priorities, deadlines, availability, and skill sets.
• Coordinate project workflow from brief through to delivery, partnering with Project Management, Client Services, Creative, and Production teams to ensure projects progress efficiently, resources are effectively utilised, and delivery risks are proactively managed.
• Maintain visibility of studio capacity, utilisation, workload forecasts, and project status, providing regular updates and resolving resource conflicts to support on-time delivery across a diverse media mix.
• Act as the central point of contact for studio scheduling and prioritisation, building strong relationships across teams, managing expectations, and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, processes, and operational procedures while promoting best practices, continuous improvement, and the effective use of resource management and project tracking tools.
• Support the Creative Operations Director in driving operational efficiency, enhancing studio processes, and identifying opportunities to improve resource planning, productivity, and overall studio performance.
