Responsibilities

• Lead an exceptional guest experience on the floor through guest connection and product education, coaching team members.
• Build client relationships daily with customers.
• Analyze reports to strategize and implement growth actions.
• Ensure sales floor coverage through workforce planning and selling initiatives.
• Oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers; recruit and develop talent.
