Job summary

Alo, a mindful movement brand, is hiring a Sales & Service Manager to lead the store’s guest experience, sales targets and team development. Based in London, the role focuses on coaching staff, driving results and upholding Alo’s guiding principles.

You will partner with the General Manager to shape the store’s service strategy, manage budgets, schedules, and events, and ensure exceptional customer connections on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a changing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Investigate sales opportunities with the GM to address gaps.
• Oversee Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experience.
• Build client relationships daily with customers.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through scheduling & staffing.
• Partner with the GM to implement the Sales & Service strategy.
