Description
- Schedule all departments and manage dependencies between them.
- Communicate with upstream and downstream departments to ensure projects stay on track.
- Liaise with production and VFX supervisors to prioritise daily tasks.
- Oversee shot management and assign tasks using Ftrack.
- Maintain project awareness to identify and troubleshoot potential delays.
- Organise dailies.
- Follow up on Ftrack submissions for dailies.
- Take detailed notes in meetings and follow up to ensure the completion of action points.
- Assist with setting priorities for the render farm.
- Set up and manage all Teams channels.
- Manage all outsourced work I/O (Roto, CG, etc.).
- Assist producers with delivery and versioning tasks as required.
- Perform other ad hoc duties to support the overall production process.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience as a production coordinator.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines across multiple projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to flag potential issues.
- A solid work ethic and a positive attitude in challenging situations.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Availability to work at least 3 days in the office per week.
- Already living in the UK without visa requirements.
