Gymbox in London is seeking a Studio & Operations Manager to ensure exceptional member experiences across clubs. You will manage timetables, budgets, instructor scheduling, and payroll, while promoting Gymbox culture.

We're looking for a Studio & Operations Manager to help ensure our clubs deliver exceptional fitness experiences every day.

The Role

As a Studio & Operations Manager, you will play a key role in managing our studio operations, class timetable, instructor relationships, and overall member experience. You will be responsible for ensuring our studios operate efficiently while supporting the continued growth and success of our fitness offering.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain club timetables and studio bookings.
• Oversee studio budgets and commercial performance.
• Coordinate instructor scheduling, onboarding, communication, and payroll processes.
• Support the development, promotion, and evaluation of Gymbox classes and fitness experiences.
