Job summary

Gymbox in London is seeking a Studio & Ops Manager to lead studio timetables and coordinate hire, while ensuring our instructors are supported and paid. You’ll own the scheduling and contribute to class development, with a focus on seamless operations and outstanding member experiences.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, high organisation and a proactive mindset, ready to mentor teams and embody Gymbox’s energetic culture across multiple clubs.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Comfortable managing busy timetables and admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and run club timetables and studio hire in all their budget-balancing beauty.
• Keep our amazing instructors happy, kitted out and most importantly – paid.
• Help develop, promote and review Gymbox classes.
• Train everyone around you to bang on about classes the best way we can.
• Be an all-star ambassador, living and breathing all things Gymbox.
