Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking an experienced Studio Operations Lead to steer our Studio teams and set them up for success across AI-enabled workflows. The role sits at our Shirebrook HQ with hybrid options to London, and involves resourcing, planning, throughput, and driving the studio journey in a fast-paced environment.

You will shape the AI strategy, manage a team, engage with SLT stakeholders, monitor KPIs, optimise processes, and champion a culture of high performance while delivering tangible

Qualifications

• An in-depth knowledge of a working commercial studio setting.
• Experience with studio software and tooling, Creative Force preferred.
• Experience using AI for imagery generation within Studio environments.

Responsibilities

• Studio strategy: support long-term vision for AI, people, process, tech, and studio development.
• Stakeholder engagement: communicate progress and opportunities with SLT.
• Performance reporting: track KPIs, forecast capacity, present insights for decisions.
• Studio operations: oversee shoot schedules, resources, throughput, SLAs, production efficiency.
• Process optimisation: identify bottlenecks, improve turnaround times, standardise workflows.
• Team development: empower the team and remove barriers to success.
• Workflow leadership: set priorities and allocate resources for smooth operations.
• Culture building: foster high-performance, collaborative, feedback-driven environment.
