Job summary

Major Players is seeking a Head of Studio for a freelance/interim-to-perm role in London. You will build and run a virtual studio, scaling a flexible creative network around festival peaks and repurposing assets to channel-ready formats across Meta, TikTok, email and more, always within brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Agency or in-house background with real authority on channel creative strategy.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative production tools & automation platforms.
• Fluent reading of performance data and translating it into briefs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the trusted creative authority for festival teams, translating each festival's brand into high-performing digital creative.
• Build & manage a flexible freelance production network with strong briefing, QA & workflow standards.
• Design AI-augmented production workflows for motion, graphics & format adaptation at scale.
• Own the creative effectiveness loop with the Performance & CRM teams - brief, produce, test, measure, learn.
• Set creative KPIs tied to commercial outcomes: engagement rate, click-thumbstop ratio, CAC reduction.
• Extend high-performing creative concepts into lifecycle channels (email, SMS, WhatsApp).
• Design & maintain a portfolio-wide, tagged asset library.
