Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking an experienced Studio Operations Lead to guide studio teams, manage resources, and drive AI-enabled improvements. You will engage with senior leaders to set strategy and monitor performance, shaping the studio's evolution and technology stack.

The role combines hands-on operations with strategic oversight, requiring strong leadership, creativity, and a deep understanding of digital workflows. Hybrid London/Shirebrook with travel expectations.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of running a commercial studio environment.
• Strong understanding of studio software and tooling (Creative Force preferred).
• Experience using AI for imagery generation within studio workflows.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage people.
• Solid skills in Adobe Creative Suite and related design tools.
• Knowledge of end-to-end digital asset delivery and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Studio strategy: align AI, people, process, and technology with the long-term vision.
• Stakeholder engagement: report progress, challenges and opportunities to SLT.
• Performance reporting: track KPIs, forecast capacity, present insights.
• Studio operations: oversee shoot schedules, resources, throughput and SLAs.
• Process optimisation: reduce bottlenecks, shorten turnaround and standardise workflows.
• Team development: empower staff, remove blockers, foster collaboration.
• Workflow leadership: set daily priorities and allocate resources for smooth operations.
• Culture building: create a high-performance, supportive, feedback-driven environment.
