Base pay range

Stellar Global is looking for a Studio Manager to work with our client BRG/Sage.

As the Studio Manager, you will oversee the functionality and customer experience of both the physical shop floor and the virtual showroom. You will ensure brand consistency, optimize sales opportunities, and maintain operational efficiency across all retail platforms.

You will support Sage/BRG and Stellar's vision to grow the D2C business via online sales, delivering a 360° consumer experience from first interaction to last. You will also liaise with the client to organize events with key partners such as third-party retailers, roasters, and media partners.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Smooth operation of Sage Studio/BRG store
2. Reporting & analysis for revenue and customer experience optimization

What we offer:

• Monday to Friday role (9-5.30) with some weekend work
• Salary of £45,000-£50,000 per year, depending on experience
