Village Hotels - Walsall is seeking a highly organised Group Exercise Coordinator on a 16 hour per week contract to own the studio timetable, manage budgets and coordinate freelance instructors. Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills with a strong commercial mindset.
• Passion for group exercise and ability to inspire others.
• Experience coordinating freelance instructors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the weekly timetable for the studio to suit membership needs.
• Balance the programme budget by weighing internal vs external instructors and spend.
• Handle the back‑office admin, including instructor paperwork and timely invoicing.
• Create teaching opportunities beyond the core 16 hours to boost earnings.
