Job summary

Village is seeking a Group Exercise Fitness Manager to architect the studio timetable, coordinating our internal coaching team and a roster of external freelance instructors. You will partner with Les Mills and use Myzone to ensure a top-tier timetable that drives occupancy and guest engagement across the leisure club.

Responsibilities

• The Timetable Reality: Building a vibrant, balanced timetable featuring Village Exclusive classes with Les Mills, Zumba, and Hiit Company.
• The People Management: Lead, coach and motivate internal staff and external freelance instructors with product knowledge and energy.
• The Commercial Hustle: Manage budgeted spend, monitor class performance, and achieve health and brand audit targets.
• The Tech & Trends: Upskill team using Myzone and foster ongoing development of group delivery.
