Job summary

Virgin Active Islington in London is seeking a Group Exercise Coordinator on a 6 month contract to elevate our world-class timetable. You will lead and develop our instructor team, deliver engaging classes and ensure high standards across the programme, while driving participation and revenue.

Proven experience running a group exercise timetable is required; Level 3 PT and Group Exercise qualification, strong leadership, commercial awareness and exceptional organisational skills are essential to

Qualifications

• Level 3 Personal Training and Group Exercise qualification.
• Proven experience running a successful group exercise timetable.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and optimisation of a balanced, engaging timetable.
• Deliver your own classes with energy and hospitality.
• Recruit, audition and onboard high-quality instructors.
• Coach and develop instructors through feedback and development opportunities.
• Coordinate workshops, masterclasses and events to increase participation and revenue.
• Audit sessions to maintain high standards and safety compliance.
• Monitor attendance and performance metrics to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with PT, Events and club teams to deliver a seamless member experience.
