Job summary

Village Hotels is seeking a Group Exercise Coordinator on a 16 hour per week contract to own our studio group exercise programme, build engaging class timetables, balance the commercial budget, and handle freelance admin. If you are a qualified instructor, you can teach additional classes to boost earnings.

You will work with a friendly, energetic team, shape the timetable to suit our members, manage invoices, and ensure finances are in order while keeping operations smooth.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organised with strong calendar management.
• Financial awareness to balance class spend and budget.
• Passion for group exercise and member engagement.
• Experience designing class timetables for studios is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the group exercise timetable to meet member demand.
• Balance the commercial budget and manage spend on internal vs external instructors.
• Handle essential freelance admin and invoicing so talent is paid on time.
• Teach additional classes outside of 16 hours if qualified to boost earnings.
