Job summary

Global is seeking a Studio Delivery Coordinator in London to oversee the end-to-end delivery of photography assets. You will manage post-production workflows, liaise with photographers and freelancers, and ensure efficient content flow within the DAM system, supporting Sales, Marketing and Communications teams.

You’ll work under the Studio Manager, driving process improvements, guardianship of Canto, and collaboration across the Commercial Design team to elevate delivery quality and speed.

• Experience with data asset management and metadata in a digital-asset environment.
• Keen attention to detail to ensure assets meet standards.

• Photography post-production: delivery management and quality control before DAM upload.
• Pre-production: planning, briefing review, and prioritisation in Asana.
