Job summary

We Are Global is seeking a Studio Deliver Coordinator to support the Commercial Design team in delivering photography assets for sales, marketing and partnerships. Reporting to the Studio Manager, you will oversee post-production workflows and ensure timely delivery of images.

This role focuses on photography delivery, pre-production planning, stakeholder communication, and collaboration to help improve workflows and leverage the Canto DAM system for asset value across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Operational skills: experience scoping briefs and scheduling projects.
• Data Asset Management experience: managing digital assets and metadata.
• Attention to detail to ensure assets meet standards.
• Strong communication and emotional intelligence.
• Positivity and enthusiasm: a results driven, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Photography post-production: manage image flow, schedule retouching, and ensure metadata/rights management in Canto.
• Pre-production planning: review briefs across photography, design and web development; support photographers and liaise with freelancers; reflect status in Asana.
• Stakeholder support: create visibility to project status and manage expectations.
• Collaboration: help devise best practices and advocate them across teams.
