  • Provide hands-on mentorship to the Studio Production Coordinator, delivering regular, constructive feedback to drive professional growth.
  • Manage and track the studio budget, conducting monthly reviews with the Finance team to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Organise and run model castings, maintaining strong relationships with agencies to secure the best available talent.

  • Maintain and enforce styling guidelines to ensure brand consistency across all imagery.
  • Oversee regular audits of photography equipment, styling wardrobe, and props, ensuring resources are maintained and updated.
  • Maintain studio space, regularly doing a clear out to ensure studio space is kept organised. Think of ways to optimise space to create an inviting and creative environment.
  • Approve freelancer invoices in line with company processes and budget controls.
  • Ensure daily shoot targets are met and minimise re-shoot requirements through rigorous quality control.
  • Stay ahead of styling trends and competitor activity to keep content fresh, relevant, and competitive.
  • Quality check all imagery before delivery to the retouching team to ensure it meets brand standards.
  • Support additional ad hoc production needs as required.
What you’ll bring
  • 5-7 years’ experience in a fashion studio environment.
  • Previous experience managing relationships with both models and agencies.
  • Experience using CaptureOne.
  • Ability to plan a creative brief, and able to follow a given creative brief.
  • Strong leadership skills, able to motivate team to maximise employee performance and satisfaction.
