Job summary

Cambridge Regional College is seeking a Pastoral Support & Student Liaison Manager to lead the Pastoral Support and Student Liaison teams across Cambridge and Huntingdon campuses. This full-time role (37 hours per week, full year) offers a competitive salary of £39,401 per annum plus staff benefits and a strong commitment to staff development.

GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) at least Grade C/4.
Level 3 or higher in Education, Youth Work, Social Work, Leadership & Management or related field.
Significant experience in leading teams and student services.

Responsibilities

Drive staff performance, development, wellbeing and service delivery.
Embed pastoral practice and new strategies across the college.
