The primary purpose of this job role is to provide operational leadership and management of the Pastoral Support and Student Liaison teams across both campuses, ensuring a consistent, responsive and student-centred approach. You will oversee staff performance, development and wellbeing within the Pastoral Support and Student Liaison teams, ensuring high standards of service delivery, accountability and a consistent high level of student experience.
