Job summary

King Edward VI Sheldon Heath Academy is seeking a highly motivated pastoral lead to support pupil wellbeing, behaviour and academic achievement within a designated year group.

You will work closely with the Head of Year, liaise with families and other professionals, and develop bespoke support initiatives while contributing to a positive learning culture.

Qualifications

• Strong pastoral experience and ability to support pupil wellbeing.
• Experience in raising expectations and motivating students.
• Ability to develop and drive new initiatives and improve practice.

• Provide bespoke support for a year group and contribute to welfare and wellbeing.
• Liaise with families, carers and other stakeholders to support pupils.
• Collaborate with Head of Year and other staff to maintain a positive learning culture.
