Woodlands Park Primary School is seeking a dedicated colleague to lead pastoral provision for a year group, supporting students to thrive academically, socially and emotionally. You will work closely with tutors, families, teaching staff and external agencies to ensure every pupil reaches their full potential.

The role focuses on attendance, wellbeing, safeguarding and inclusion, building positive relationships with students and parents, and contributing to school-wide pastoral development
