Job summary

University for the Creative Arts is seeking a Campus Life Officer to join the Campus Life team. The role focuses on delivering information, advice and guidance to students on a wide range of issues affecting student life, including financial wellbeing and safeguarding.

You will handle welfare and misconduct cases, respond to concerns via Report + Support, and coordinate support plans while maintaining sensitive information with care.

Qualifications

• Educated to NVQ Level 3/4 (or equivalent).
• Experience in advice, guidance, welfare support or casework.
• Ideally within higher education or student services.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality information, advice and guidance to students.
• Manage welfare and misconduct cases.
• Respond to concerns raised through the University's Report + Support platform.
• Undertake risk assessments and coordinate support plans.
• Administer financial support schemes.
• Act as a key point of contact for student enquiries.
