Young Epilepsy's St Piers in Lingfield is seeking a dedicated Student Support Worker to help learners in our college, with term-time hours and a 38-week year. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team to enable students to access learning, using personalised approaches and 1:1 or small-group activities, focusing on independence and welfare.

Experience is not essential; we value passion, adaptability, and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support students.
• Enable access to learning with 1:1 and group activities.
• Encourage independence and contribute to student records.
• Attend and contribute to meetings; support welfare and hygiene.
• Complete administration tasks and maintain hygiene standards.
