Job Title: Student Support Manager

We are now looking to welcome a new and inspirational Student Support Manager to join our expanding team on a permanent basis. You will support staff and parents to ensure the highest standards of behaviour are maintained within the relevant section of the school. Successful recent experience working with secondary school students is essential. You will work as part of a strong team and be able to establish rapport with young people, fostering positive relationships.

This role offers a rewarding opportunity within an extremely supportive working environment. Previous experience working with children in a support learning environment and supporting vulnerable students would be advantageous.

Working Hours and Schedule

• 37 hours per week (Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 16:00, Friday 08:00 - 15:30)
• 37 weeks per year, plus inset days (total 38 weeks)
