As an Operational Support Manager, you’ll assist in ensuring the smooth and effective delivery ofday-to-day contract operations, keeping local streets safe, clean, and well-managed through our team of Civil Enforcement Officers. Working alongside our management team, you’ll assist with operations, build strong relationships within the community, and tackle environmental and parking challenges head-on to create a thriving, harmonious neighbourhood.
What you’ll do:- Plan, prepare and allocate staff across the entire base, ensuring resources are deployed to the areas of most need.
- Monitor and manage the day-to-day contract operations, consisting of on and off-street enforcement.
- Maintain strong communications and consult daily with the Operations Manager, Contract Manager, Senior Civil Enforcement Officer, and Civil Enforcement Officers.
- Be first point of contact for any customer issues that arise.
- Monitor and report the SLA performance of all the services provided by APCOA.
- Report any equipment or vehicle defects on site
- Monitor all team members to ensure they operate in accordance with company and client policy.
- Verify the completion and submission of all paperwork including incident reports and statements.
- Ensure all uniform, equipment, and technology procedures (including HHC, radios, and body-worn cameras) are followed in line with client and company policies.

What you'll bring: - Experience of working in a supervisory/team management role
- Excellent people management skills including coaching, training, motivating and recruiting
- Self-motivated, proactive nature
- Ability to prioritise, organise and multi-task
- Excellent knowledge MS office
- Full, clean UK driving licence is essential
- Familiarity with traffic management and knowledge of the parking industry would be beneficial.
