Job summary

Elizabeth School of London is seeking a Student Support Coordinator to join the Student Support Department at our Manchester campus. You will work closely with the Student Support Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure comprehensive guidance for a diverse student body.

You will develop the campus support services, travel to other campuses as needed, and help coordinate wellbeing, safeguarding and confidential information handling. Weekend/evening flexibility may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience leading and training a small team.
• Experience handling student queries and supporting administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, train and support the Student Support Office staff.
• Assist with safeguarding, policies and student wellbeing.
• Serve as first point of contact for student support queries.
