Job summary

Elizabeth School of London is seeking a proactive Student Support Coordinator in Manchester to lead the campus Student Support team and collaborate with St. Marys University, Canterbury Christ Church University, and Bath Spa University.

You will ensure comprehensive support for a diverse student body, manage information flow, and liaison with multiple departments to maintain excellent service standards. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and experience in team leadership, student queries

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in leading and training a small team.
• Experience handling student queries and supporting administrative tasks.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop an effective support system.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, train, and support the Student Support Office staff to deliver quality service.
• Coordinate with the Student Support Manager & Assistant Manager to ensure campus success.
• Act as first point of contact for student support queries and guidance.
• Disseminate information to student cohorts about courses, term dates and inductions.
• Collaborate with other campus departments to address student needs and issues.
• Travel to other campuses for validation events, inductions, and training as needed.
