BIMM University is seeking a Student Support Advisor to provide frontline pastoral and wellbeing support to students across campus. You will work in a digitally-enabled, centrally coordinated service, ensuring students feel heard and guided to the right help at the right time.
You’ll manage a varied caseload, deliver one-to-one sessions (online and in person), perform assessment and triage, and maintain confidential records using TargetConnect. DBS disclosure is required for this role.

Working within a centrally coordinated, digital-first service, you’ll play a key role in ensuring students feel heard, supported and guided to the right help at the right time.
You’ll manage a varied caseload, offering structured support through assessment, triage and one-to-one sessions, while working closely with colleagues across the University and external services to deliver a consistent and compassionate student experience.
