Burton and South Derbyshire College is seeking an Admissions Coach to join the Wellbeing Team. The role focuses on recording learner absences, highlighting patterns, and liaising with learners, parents and staff to maintain smooth operations across 38 weeks per year.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, customer service and liaising with young people, parents and staff in a polite and professional manner.
• Applicants should be qualified to, or willing to work towards, Level 2 English and Maths. Evidence of qualifications is required.

Responsibilities

• Record learner absence accurately and consistently.
• Be the first point of contact for absences and flag concerns to Wellbeing Team.
• Arrange meetings, support events and maintain records for the service.
• Collaborate with Wellbeing and Progress Coach teams to support learners.
