Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor academic progress, personal development and engagement; set and review SMART targets.
• Carry out Personal Development Reviews and monitor attendance and engagement.
• Make timely referrals to safeguarding and wellbeing services; provide targeted support and intervention to address barriers to achievement.
