Job summary

The Henley College is seeking a Personal and Professional Development (PPD) Tutor to support pastoral, social and academic development for ~200 students within a structured tutorial programme.

You will monitor progress, attendance and wellbeing, acting as a first contact for students, parents and staff, delivering engaging tutorial sessions on wellbeing, employability, careers, safeguarding and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Level 3 or higher professional or academic qualification.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to monitor progress and report clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support approximately 200 students through a structured tutorial programme.
• Monitor attendance, wellbeing, and progress, acting as first point of contact for students, parents and staff.
• Plan and deliver engaging tutorial sessions on wellbeing, employability, careers, safeguarding and progression.
