Job summary

Droitwich Spa High School is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Officer to join our pastoral team. You will help sustain a calm, safe learning environment and work closely with students, staff and families to reinforce high standards and restorative approaches.

The role is term-time only, usually 37 hours per week during published terms plus inset days, with a salary of £30,554 per annum. Applications reviewed as received; closing 13 November 2026.
