Job summary

The Education Network is seeking Learning Support Assistants for a Newcastle post-16 setting. The role is full-time, starting as soon as possible with potential for permanence.

You will provide one-to-one and small group support to students, assist with learning activities in and outside the classroom, and support students with SEN and learning difficulties. Join a dedicated team focused on safeguarding and student welfare.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people within the past 2 years.
• Patient, supportive and positive approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for education and student development.
• Fully enhanced DBS or willingness to apply for one.
