Job summary

Greenwich Students' Union seeks an Academic Representation Student Assistant to support the Programme Rep and the Flexi-Rep system. You will help with recruitment, training administration, engagement monitoring, student feedback and communications, with shifts planned around your university timetable.

Reporting to the Academic Communities and Representation Manager, you will maintain records, assist with event administration and ensure confidentiality and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Current University of Greenwich student
• Willing to complete required training
• Experience in student representation or engagement is helpful

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and onboarding of Programme Reps and Flexi-Rep
• Monitor engagement and attendance records
• Process student feedback and carry out communications
• Assist with meetings, events and administration
• Maintain confidentiality and follow escalation procedures
