Job summary

Heriot-Watt University Student Union is hiring a Student Engagement Coordinator to empower student reps, shape representation structures and support student voices across the university. You will collaborate with university staff, full-time officers and a global network to drive meaningful change in the student experience.

The role involves developing training, running sessions and resources for elections, and ensuring active engagement with 5 Schools and 28 Departments.

• Empower Student Reps by recruiting, training and supporting representatives.

• Collaborate across HWUnion on projects, peak times and member engagement.
