Job summary

Greenwich Students' Union is seeking an Academic Communities and Representation Coordinator to establish and manage opportunities for academic communities and student reps at the University of Greenwich. You will empower students and foster a sense of community, building strong relationships with staff across the Faculty of Business at the Greenwich site.

Reporting to the Academic Communities and Representation Manager, you will design training for Academic Reps, support events and budgets,

Qualifications

• Experience in youth, education, student union or related membership organisation.
• Experience working in a multi-functional team.
• Experience in project management.
• Experience collaborating with a range of stakeholders and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging activities to connect students with peers at an academic level.
• Capture data and produce insights to inform new projects and improve student experience.
• Support APP submissions and Steering Group activities.
• Collaborate with students and staff to address NSS and feedback issues.
