Job summary

Roehampton Students' Union is seeking a Campaigns Assistant to support the Representation Team in planning, delivering and evaluating campaigns across campus. The role focuses on student engagement, content creation for online channels, and collaboration with elected officers and university partners.

The position offers up to 20 hours per week during term time (Mon-Fri, 09:00–17:00) with occasional weekend/evening work, under a zero-hours, fixed-term contract for current Roehampton students.

Qualifications

• Must be a current Roehampton student for 2026/2027.
• Experience with campaigns, events or student representation is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Work with RSU Officers and student networks to plan, deliver and evaluate campaigns.
• Develop content for RSU website and social media to promote campaigns.
• Engage students and groups to participate in campaigns and surveys.
• Assist with administration for campaigns and liberation history months.
• Contribute to RSU projects across the academic year, e.g., Freshers’ Festival.
• Promote participation in surveys such as Speak Week and NSS.
