Job summary

Warwick College Group is seeking a Curriculum & Learner Officer to provide dedicated administrative and liaison support to the Curriculum team, guiding learners from application to progression and ensuring students, parents and carers are supported.

Based on site in the UK, the role involves welfare, attendance monitoring, liaison with parents, events, and data entry using Pro-Solution and Pro-Monitor, with safeguarding and DBS checks as part of the process.

Qualifications

• Educated to a full Level 3.
• Experience of working in a team to improve outcomes for students.

Responsibilities

• Attendance and Welfare Support: monitor daily registers and contact students, parents and carers to support attendance.
• Applicant & Recruitment Events: assist in planning and delivery of parent evenings, open events and interviews.
• Progression & Achievement: track learner progress and support transitions to further study or employment.
• General: maintain up-to-date knowledge base and complete administrative duties for the curriculum area.
