Hugh Baird College is seeking a Study Programme Co-ordinator to support learners across their college journey. This role sits at the heart of the learner experience, linking curriculum, Personal Development, English and Maths, careers and wider support services.

You will provide pastoral coaching, coordinate work experience opportunities and help learners overcome barriers to achieve their potential. As part of the Student Services team, you will work with learners, families and employers to

Qualifikationen

• Cert Ed qualification or equivalent.
• Experience providing high-quality pastoral support to learners.
• Experience developing partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including employers and support agencies.
• Ability to deliver engaging Personal Development and learner support activities.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with learners, colleagues, families and employers.
• Ability to analyse and interpret data to inform interventions and support learner success.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
