You will work at the heart of the learner experience within the Student Services team, linking curriculum, Personal Development, English and Maths, careers and wider support services.

Qualifikationen

• Cert Ed qualification or equivalent.
• Experience of providing high-quality pastoral support to learners.
• Experience of developing effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including employers and support agencies.
• Ability to deliver engaging Personal Development and learner support activities.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with learners, colleagues, families and employers.
• Ability to analyse and interpret data to inform interventions and support learner success.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
