Job summary

Leeds Trinity University in Horsforth invites applications for a Money Advice Support Co-Ordinator to assist the Money Advice team in providing accurate information and guidance to enrolled students and families.

You will triage student queries, manage a small non-specialist caseload, and coordinate activities that raise the profile of the team and student support services across campus, mainly at Horsforth with some duties at the City Centre Campus.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in an advice or support capacity in Higher Education.
• Ability to engage with service users to understand requirements and provide guidance.
• Strong communication skills and a professional approach.
