Job summary

NABA London is seeking an Academic Services and Student Life Specialist to join the launch of its East London campus. Based in London, you will coordinate teaching delivery, support student life and wellbeing, and ensure timely preparation of course and workshop schedules, working with the Head of Education and Teaching Faculty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; admin/customer service or higher education experience desirable.
• Familiarity with academic management systems and UK education context.
• Experience planning timetables and coordinating events.

Responsibilities

• Supervise management of academic activities for students, including timetables and communications.
• Support tutors, Course Leaders, and HR for contractual needs and panels.
• Plan calendars, book spaces, and organize student life activities and wellbeing support.
• Coordinate student surveys and feedback analysis.
