Job summary

Study Group is seeking an Events and Enrichment Coordinator for the London Campus. You will develop and deliver a varied programme of student enrichment activities, clubs, societies and sporting events to enhance the student experience.

You will work closely with the Student Experience Team, university partners and internal stakeholders to create an inclusive campus environment, manage budgets, and support student leadership and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience demonstrating ability to work and think independently.
• Experience leading and developing sports clubs and societies in higher education.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritise workload and solve problems, working independently and in a team.
• Commitment to equality, diversity, inclusion and student success.
• Knowledge of health and safety considerations in sport or event delivery.
• Experience supporting students in an educational context.
• Experience developing the Student Experience and ensuring compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Organise and implement a varied programme of student enrichment activities.
• Support clubs, societies, sports clubs and student-led initiatives.
• Plan, promote and deliver a calendar of student-facing and institutional events.
• Recruit, train and support student representatives and club committee members.
• Develop new clubs and enrichment opportunities in response to student interests.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, risk assessments and policies.
• Be a key contact for students and foster positive relationships with staff and external partners.
• Work in a matrix structure to support the Student Experience Team and university partners.
