Job summary

NABA London is seeking a Course Leader - Design Area to lead course planning, development, and delivery from its London base. You will coordinate with the School Director and Head of Education, ensure high academic standards, manage external faculty, and contribute to student outcomes and project dissemination.

The role includes developing handbooks, overseeing accreditation activities, and delivering at least 48 hours of scheduled teaching annually, with on-site duties in London.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (PhD preferred) in a relevant discipline within design, arts or education.
• Minimum 7 years of academic program coordination experience.
• Experience teaching with at least 50 hours annually.
• Experience coordinating external professionals and faculty.
• Knowledge of program accreditation processes.
• Fluency in English (C1+).

Responsibilities

• Elaborate course schedules in collaboration with Academic Coordination and campus laboratories.
• Produce and review program handbooks; support accreditation processes.
• Supervise course performance monitoring and adjust plans based on surveys.
• Develop student study plans and support portfolios.
• Prepare procurement requests for materials, visiting professors and services.
• Prepare educational materials, lectures, and exams for teaching activities.
• Deliver a minimum of 48 hours of direct teaching per year.
• Supervise student projects and portfolios; attend faculty and examination meetings.
• Support non-academic activities including enrollment, industry relations, and scholarships.
• Coordinate SEN/SpLD academic support and inclusive education practices.
