- Salary bracket is 23,367 - 24,198

- Permanent Contract at a reputable college

Requirements

• Have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
• Be able to relate well to young people
• Have experience working with SEN students in either an academic or pastoral capacity

Responsibilities:

• Work across all departments of the college and be responsible for a range of exciting enrichment and cross-college events throughout the academic year
• Offer pastoral support, advice, and guidance to students, monitor attendance and wellbeing, and liaise with parents and personal tutotrs to ensure students achieve the best outcome from their programme.
